New Years 2019 Resolution: Do More Open Source Development

Last Updated: January 10, 2019

I've been working on DoggieDashboardfor nearly five years now. It's become a pretty successful little app during those five years. It has also become my number one coding project. I spend so much time working on the same stuff that I'm not really forcing myself to learn anything new.

That said, I want to get over my imposter syndrome and start feeling like I'm a competent developer, both in Ruby and Rails. Maybe even some JS as well. That said, I decided it was time to start doing more open source to really get my feet wet. Here's my first 2019 contribution. A small commit for Devise, a giant leap for my start to 2019.
